Dr. Cecilia L. Luong

Dr. Luong - Dentist - Tiger Smile Family Dentistry

Louisiana State University School of Dentistry – DDS

Dr. Luong is a native of New Orleans and moved to Baton Rouge in the summer of 2013. She received her BS degree in Biology from Xavier University and her DDS from LSU School of Dentistry. She is married to Michael Tran, and together they have 2 boys, Leonidas and Maximus, and Popcorn, their pet morkiepoo. She speaks both English and Vietnamese and has been very active in her Vietnamese church community all of her life. 

During her high school and college years she taught piano lessons  and also reading and writing Vietnamese to children. She also played and coached volleyball for a number of years, frequenting Mango’s here in Baton Rouge and Coconut Beach in New Orleans.

Continuing education is very important to her so that she is able to give the best care possible. Hence, she routinely attends courses to stay updated with the newest research and technological advancements in dentistry. Dr. Luong is very excited and honored to be a provider here at Tiger Smile Family Dentistry and looks forward to giving you and your entire family quality service and care.
